What types of spa packages do you have?

We offer a wide range of options covering individual treatments,birthdays,bridal groups,bachelorette parties,baby showers,couples,girls night,teen parties,family reunions and corporate events.We can create a customized package for any group.

What is a Spa Party?

A Spa Party is the perfect way to treat yourself and your friends to the luxuries of a day spa in a fun atmosphere at your home, hotel, or condo. We arrive with all the supplies necessary to set up for manicures, pedicures, facials or massage. We do pedicures and manicures in the living room/social area, and for massages and facials, we bring massage tables, music, candles and bedding and we perform those treatments in a master bedroom, where it is quiet and peaceful, away from the group. Depending on the number of people attending the spa party, we will bring adequate number of therapists to perform the treatments. We do not bring one therapists per guest, but we will usually bring two to four estheticians.  We try to keep the spa party under 3 or 4 hours maximum. 

Do you have special packages for weddings?

Yes, we will customize a package for your group.  This includes having pedicures, manicures and facials a day or two before the event, to having the make up done on the day of the wedding. We can also accommodate waxing services.

How should I prepare for a visit from your mobile spa professionals?

All treatments are performed either on a massage table or your comfortable sofa.  Treatments range from 30 - 50 minutes depending on the services chosen. Please make sure there is appropriate space for our professionals to set up their table and stations. If you have any questions about preparation, please feel free to contact us.

Should I tip the therapist?

If you are pleased with the service you received, it is customary to leave a gratuity for the technician.

What are the hours of operation?

Mon to Saturday, 10:00am to 630pm. You may request a Sunday or evening appointment and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Is there a minimum number of people required for a spa party?

No, there is no minimum, however there is a minimum booking fee of $250 as a whole group, not per person. 

What is your procedure if someone is late or does not keep the appointment?

We provide a 15 minute grace period on all confirmed appointments. After that we will leave and you will be responsible for the full amount of the confirmed services.If one guest is late arriving, we will try our best to accommodate them,but we can not guarantee a full service. However, if a guest does not show up at a party or event and you have paid for their services in advance, the other guests may take advantage of the treatments that had been previously reserved.

What is your booking cancellation policy?

We require a credit card to book and confirm all appointments. 48 hours prior to your appointment we will take a $100 non refundable deposit. We do understand that circumstances change, and if you do need to reschedule or cancel your booking, and do so with 48 hours we will refund your deposit. This policy applies to bookings under $300.

Cancellation Policy For Large Groups Over $300

We require 14 days notice to cancel large bookings.Will take a %20 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on all large group bookings 14 days prior to appointment time

Why do you have that booking policy?

Just as your time is very important to you, so is ours. We are busy and often book out completely, so in order for us to secure your requested date and time, we must ensure that we will receive payment.
